Mike Tuff

Mr. Tuff is the founder and President of Racaria Capital Solutions a boutique Calgary based business advisory firm specializing in the financing of real estate, land banking, and real estate developments.
From August 2007 until February 2009, Racaria Capital Solutions (Mr. Tuff) held the position of Vice President of Sales with a Calgary based Real Estate Investment Company. Under Mr. Tuff's leadership the investment sales team raised in excess of $35 Million.
Ahead of creating Racaria Capital Solutions in 2004, Mr. Tuff held the office of President, Chief Operating Officer and Director for a listed public company on the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to this position Mr. Tuff also held the office of Vice President, Corporate Development.
Mr. Tuff is actively involved in many local charities such as the Learning Disability Association of South Alberta, The Bethany Care Society of Southern Alberta, The Alzheimer's Society of Southern Alberta and Mr. Tuff is a significant contributor to the Calgary Minor Hockey Association (Crowchild Hockey Association). Mr. Tuff also sits on the board of directors for the Calgary Colts Alumni Association which he played a significant role in creating the first ever Calgary Colts Alumni Association Academic Scholarship that was awarded in 2008.

Mike is likely best know for his illustrious professional hockey career that spanned two decades. During his professional career Mike received numerous awards and accolades. Most notably he is a two-time Stanley Cup winner.
Since leaving professional sports Mike has dedicated his strong business acumen, knowledge and passion of real estate, and business development to the successful start up, master planning, and development of two recognized projects in West Canada.
Currently the second largest shareholder in the Bear Mountain Limited Partnership, Mike played an integral role in taking this from a concept and plan to a world recognized development and subsequent community outside of Victoria. Mike is also the owner of a proposed, master planned recreational development located in Canal Flats, British Columbia called Painted Ridge.
A native Calgarian, Mike still lives in Calgary with his wife Jane and their four children.
Stacey Kendall
Stacey is a graduate of the Business Management program at the Southern Alberta Institute (SAIT), where she received a diploma. In addition, she has been licensed to sell real estate in Alberta since 1999. Stacey Kendall has also taken a multitude of continuing education course in real estate, development, and property management.
Ms. Kendall has 10 years of management experience in public relations, financial business development planning, and project management. She has been involved in many real estate investment projects; both in residential and commercial holdings, as well as several public and private equity ventures. Her entrepreneurial work ethic and successful track record in personnel and share holding investments, is a compliment to the business model at Racaria.
Stacey Kendal is also the sole shareholder and President of Kendall Industries a privately owned promotional marketing and consulting company based in Calgary, Alberta with working agreements in Canada and U.S. Stacey also holds several accredited training certificates in group fitness, nutrition, personnel training, and development.

Madeleine is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, concentrating in Marketing. Madeleine's professional background includes marketing for a nationally branded company. In 2002, she joined the Alberta Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) and in a very short period of time became an award winning member. Most recently, Madeleine opened The VEA Group Inc. that now focuses largely on Joint Venture (JV) projects. Her extensive real estate background and joint venture experiences range from residential to commercial. Ms. Ficaccio has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector.
