The Racaria Objective
Before investing in a project, our Racaria Analysis Committee will do an in depth viability study and due diligence program to determine if it meets the investment criteria for Racaria. Once a project or investment has gone through these steps with our committee, and has been determined to meet our criteria, the investment is made. What sets us apart is that our investors only invest in projects that Racaria has a vested interest in. We too have money in the investment.
